As all products are made-to-order, production begins only after your order has been successfully placed. This allows us to maintain product quality and minimize waste.

Order Cut-Off Time:

Orders placed after 12:00 AM (GMT) will be processed on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will also be processed on the next business day.

Delivery typically takes 7–18 business days (Monday – Friday) after processing, depending on the destination.
